Before joining Birch Hill Behavioral Health, Whitney provided individual and group therapy at St. Mary’s Home for Boys in Hillsboro, Oregon, and individual therapy at the Community Caring Clinic in Roxbury, Massachusetts. Her work with juvenile offenders at St. Mary’s Home for Boys ignited her passion for helping children, adolescents, and young adults who have experienced acute and complex trauma to work towards overcoming their experiences and regaining their sense of self.
