Adolescent/Family Psychotherapist

Number of Positions: 1

Position Type: Full-Time(20-25 clinical hours weekly), Hybrid, Fee-for-Service

Compensation Range: ~ $75,000 - 120,000 (+benefits, +bonuses)

Description

This clinical role will provide evidence-based individual therapy for preteens, adolescents, with family-work as needed. Ideal candidates will be open to offering parental guidance services, have a background in family systems, DBT and/or other skills-based approaches, and enjoy being part of an engaged clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Independently licensed in the state of Massachusetts. License-eligible considered for PsyD/PhD/LCSW

  • Doctorate (PsyD/PhD); or Masters (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)

  • 3+ years previous experience providing therapy for children, adolescents and/or families

  • Interest or experience in working with eating disorders, trauma and self injury a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • W2 Position, highly competitive pay

Description

Eating Disorder-experienced Psychotherapist providing evidence-based individual therapy, for adolescents and adults. Ideal candidates have a background in evidence-based treatments (integrative approach) for eating disorders, and exposure to higher-levels of ED care.  This position would not need to be exclusively ED-care (diversity in caseload is welcomed). Rather, a good opportunity to also use expertise in peer or external consultation, groups/programming, and/or supervision of other team members (if interested).

  • 3+ years previous experience providing individual therapy, at least one of which in Eating-Disorder focused position or setting
