Individual Therapy
Our therapists value flexibility in treatment approach and the integration of evidence-based therapies. This allows us to tailor the care of patients, who present with unique backgrounds, preferences, strengths, and challenges. Your therapist will make specific recommendations for your treatment depending on your specific needs, experiences and goals.
Individual Therapy is offered both in-person, and via telehealth (video visits).
Please note: Individuals must be located in Massachusetts in order to be seen for their visits
